Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Customers must contact support before returning any item
- Proof of purchase is required
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at viorisupport@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
